At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and fixtures, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are uninstalled and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage the item in its original Artika box with all hardware and manuals, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
